OSI-Brussels is organizing a lunch discussion with Koert Debeuf, advisor to several Belgian ministers and a prime minister, veteran of the Flemish and federal parliaments, current head of cabinet of Guy Verhofstadt in the European Parliament, and author of a recent book on Flemish politics, the title of which translates as "Tightrope-Walking over Power."

Buffet lunch from 12.30, with a short presentation by Koert Debeuf at 12.45, followed by questions and discussion.
